This Court, on 16.03.2020, while dismissing the CRP.4290 of 2017, directed to list the matter on 31.07.2020 for reporting compliance.

2. When the matter was listed on 31.07.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that SLP in SLP(C).NO.8650/2020 filed by the petitioner has been disposed of, however, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has granted time till 31.12.2020 and hence the matter was posted today for producing the copy of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the copy of the order passed in SLP.8650 of 2020, dated 23.07.2020 and the same is recorded.
