Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass an order to take over the 6 aided schools and its teachers for direct control of the Government based on the request letters of the petitioners' School Committee dated 17.03.2022, 30.05.2022, 30.07.2024 and 19.09.2024 the proposal dated 25.11.2024 made in Na.Ka.No.301/A1/ 2024 sent by the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent and the proposal dated 22.01.2025 made in Na.Ka.No.3384/A4/2024 sent by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent, in compliance with G.O.Ms.No.2010 dated 19.10.1983 issued by the 1st respondent. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders for taking over six aided school and their teachers under the direct control of the Government, based on the representations submitted by the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to pass orders for taking over the six aided schools and their teachers under the direct control of the Government, based on the request letters of the petitioners' School Committee dated 17.03.2022, 30.05.2022, 30.07.2024 and 19.09.2024 the proposal dated 25.11.2024 made in Na.Ka.No.301/A1/ 2024 forwarded by the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent and the proposal dated 22.01.2025 made in Na.Ka.No 3384/A4/2024 forwarded by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent, in compliance with G.O.Ms.No.2010 dated 19.10.1983 issued by the 1st respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
