PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.10911/2017/N2 dated 10.11.2017 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to promote the petitioners to the post of Deputy Block Development Officers by re-fixing the petitioners seniority in the cadre of Assistant by strictly following the Rule 35 (aa) of Tamil Nadu and Subordinate Service Rules as amended as Section 40 (2) of Tamil Nadu Government Servants conditions of Service Act 2016 with all consequential and other attendant benefits and to pass such further orders.
