O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.P.No.206 of 2020 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Kancheepuram.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 05.11.2024, I called for a report from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Kancheepuram, as to how long he requires to dispose of O.P.No.206 of 2020.

3. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge has sent a report stating that there are 4000 cases pending before him at various stages under several heads. Therefore, he requests 12 months time to dispose of O.P.No.206 of 2020.

4. Considering the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Kancheepuram to dispose of O.P.No.206 of 2020 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
