This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to verify the petitioner's ICICI Bank Statement for Account No.055801663205 and, if found genuine, to de-freeze/unfreeze the account within a stipulated time.

2. It is seen from the records that except the 5th respondent - ICICI Bank Ltd., Chennai, other branches of ICICI Bank cited in the present petition i.e., respondents 3 and 4 are situated in other State viz., Gujarat. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate Court.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
