[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26830 of 2014 dated 01.09.2015.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and learned standing counsel 2/4

appearing for fourth respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Special Government Pleader submits that the order, which is in contempt, has been complied with. He has also produced G.O.(Ms) No.22, Municipal Administration & Water Supply (MC.6) Department dated 13.02.2020, in support of his submission.

4. Since the order, which is in contempt, has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
