The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 04.04.2024 made in W.P.No.9216 of 2024.

2. It is seen that this Court had issued a direction based on the decree and judgment passed in O.S.No.210 of 2009 filed for permanent injunction and directed the Writ Petitioner to produce a copy of the judgment before the 1st respondent. Now, it appears that the order of this Court has been complied with by issuing a joint patta based on the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.240 of 2021.

3. In view of compliance of the order of this Court, by issuance of a Joint Patta to the petitioner and finding that no contempt has been made out by the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. 03.01.2025 ar To:
