ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 05.10.2024, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22528 of 2023, thereby directing the respondent to complete the
investigation preferably within a period of four months at the most not later than by 30.04.2024.
2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 05.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22528 of 2023 passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent. To that effect, the learned Government Advocate has also produced a detailed affidavit filed by the respondent dated 20.06.2025 before this Court, and the same was taken on record. 3.
Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
