This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 29.09.2023 in Crl.OP.No.22438 of 2023 to stay at Salem and report before the Hasthampatti Police Station, Salem, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
