2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Despite service of private notice on the respondent and name being printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of the respondent.

4. Though the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit is not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to take the original petition on file, if it is otherwise in order.
