When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that, no case is registered against the petitioner and petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.435 of 2024. He further submitted that the respondent police will complete the enquiry as early as possible and during enquiry, they would not harass the petitioner.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
