Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader by producing the written instructions would submit that after filing of this application, even the fresh encroachment made, were removed and therefore, the order made in W.P.No.20715 of 2022 dated 30.01.2020 is complied with. 3.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may direct the respondents to file an affidavit. 4.However, on perusal of written instructions, we are inclined to record compliance, which is submitted on behalf of the respondents, stating that the encroachment has been removed on 12.04.2023 and accordingly, the Sub Application stands closed.
