Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents 2 and 3 more particularly that of the 2nd respondent under his proceedings No.3932/B1/2017, dated 08.05.2017 purporting to confirm the order of the 3rd respondent under Check clip 1 /2017, dated 03.03.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to register the Deed of Revocation and Cancellation of the Release Deed executed by the petitioner dated 02.03.2017 cancelling the Release Deed dated 29.09.2010 bearing Doc. No.2573/2010 procured from the petitioner in the guise of a power of attorney document and direct them to allot due registration Document number to the cancellation deed dated 02.03.2017.
