This petition has been filed under Order 22 Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, praying to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 6 as the legal heirs / legal representatives of the deceased first appellant. It is stated in the accompanying affidavit filed by the first petitioner - Palanisamy that his father Mr.Thangavel Mooppar passed away on 20.10.2023 leaving behind the petitioners 2 to 6 herein as his legal heirs / legal representatives to succeed his estate. For the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

2. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and list this second appeal after three weeks.
