The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with all R.C.No.014464/COP-TBM/PG-TAPAL/2022 pending investigation on the file of the respondent Police and to quash the summons issued under Sections 160 and 91 of Cr.P.C dated 05.11.2022 as against the petitioners.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners have challenged the summons received under Sections 91 and 160 of Cr.P.C. He would submit that the petition-enquiry has been conducted on 23.09.2024 and the matter has been closed as civil in nature and nothing survives in this petition.
3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P is also closed. 05.11.2024 nvi Index :Yes/No Internet:Yes/No 2/5
