This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioners seeking to set aside the order in RCA.No. 12 of 2014, dated 11.08.2017 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Pondicherry, in H.R.C.O.P.No. 4 of 2012, dated 04.09.2014 on the file of Sub Judge (Rent Controller), Mahe. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners would submit that the vacant possession has been handed over to the revision petitioners/landlords and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
