This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to pass an order of exemption to surrender the petitioners before the lower Court in pursuant to the judgment, dated 03.04.2024 made in Crl.A.No.38 of 2023 passed by the learned lower appellate Court in confirming the judgment of the trial Court dated 19.08.2023 in C.C.No.215 of 2018 passed by the trial Court. 2.Today, this Court suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14933 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.1816 of 2024.
