ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, as well as the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.14885 of 2022, dated 16.06.2022, has been complied with through the proceedings of the respondent herein dated 28.02.2023 in Na.Ka.No.669/2022/A1.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 28.02.2023 in the manner known to law.
