The civil revision petition is filed to direct the Joint Commissioner, to dispose the petition in OA No.11 of 2011 on the file of the Joint Commissioner Court, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Administration Department at Salem.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Advocate for the respondent seeks for a direction to the Joint Commissoner to dispose of OA No.11 of 2011, on the file of the Joint Commissioner Court, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Administration Department at Salem, within a period of two months.

3. Recording the above submission, the Joint Commissioner, Joint Commissioner Court, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Administration Department, is directed to dispose of OA No.11 of 2011,

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
