Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 41 days in filing the above criminal revision in Crl.R.C.SR.No. 55025 of 2019, against the order dated 28.06.2019, made in Crl.A.No.116/2018, by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision in Crl.R.C.SR.No. 55025 of 2019, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
