The learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani by the order dated 16.09.2019 has forwarded the compliant to the second respondent, directing him to enquire the matter and register the FIR within 15 days. But the second respondent has not complied with the said order. Hence, the second respondent is directed to comply the order passed by the Magistrate within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
