ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue separate compensation to the petitioner's Well and Pump-set situated in Survey No.57/8, Perumpullimedu Village, Vembakkam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2022 within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. In this case, though the land has been acquired and compensation was paid, but the Well situated in the land was not valued for compensation. Therefore, one of the aggrieved party had approached this Court in W.P.No.25502 of 2022 and by order dated 2 / 5

22.09.2022, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directed the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. Based on the above order of this Court, the second respondent herein has passed an order and valued the Well also. They have also forwarded the order for payment of compensation and the Well was valued for Rs.5,04,080/- and that amount was not so far paid. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to pay the said amount within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
