ORDER

The petitioner seeks Succession Certificate in respect of the debts held by D.Kasturi, who died intestate on 30.05.2020. The petitioner is the daughter-in-law of the deceased D.Kasturi.

2. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of the deceased D.Kasturi, which has been marked as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate of deceased D.Kasturi was marked as 1/4

Ex.P2. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioner is the only surviving legal heir of the deceased D.Kasturi, as the husband of the petitioner has pre-deceased. A paper publication has been made and any objections have not been received.

3. In view of the above said evidence, the Original Petition is allowed by granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioner in respect of the debts mentioned in the schedule to the petition. Index :Yes/No Speaking: Yes/ No 2/4
