Cont.P.No.3469 of 2024 DR. ANITA SUMANTH,J.

O R D E R

Mr.T.Arunkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents has filed a counter dated 06.02.2025, wherein at paragraph 4 they concede to the position that the directions under order dated 17.11.2023 has been violated insofar as the directions have been complied with only on 25.11.2024 well beyond the period of six weeks that was granted in that order.

2. Though contempt is rank on the face of the counter itself, seeing as ultimately proceedings have been passed vide Government letter (D) No.1425, dated 25.11.2024, the Court does not precipitate the matter any further.

3. Since the proceedings are adverse to the contempt petitioner liberty is granted to him to challenge order dated 25.11.2024 in accordance with law, if he so desires.

4. Recording the aforesaid, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
