The Criminal Original Petition is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 06.11.2023, has granted bail to the petitioner. However, in para 4 of the order copy and in the to address, the satisfaction Court has been mentioned as XXII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai instead of XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the above submission, the error is corrected and para 4 and in the to address, the satisfaction Court shall be read as follows: "XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai"

4. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy on 09.11.2023 and the time already granted by this Court is extended for a period of two weeks from today.
