Mr.S.Sugendran, Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER The petitioner prays for a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent Police from interfering in anyway with his business. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that he is running an Ayurvedhic Centre and Spa which offers cross-gender massages; and that the respondents are interfering with his business. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents in both Writ Petitions would submit that the Police are not interfering with the business of the petitioner, but are conducting Page No.3 of 6
investigation on the FIR registered against the petitioners under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.
4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in both the writ petitions is not maintainable. 5.Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed.
