The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to register the settlement deed dated 11.10.2023 in receipt No.TP/162072378/2023 on 11.10.2023 and return the same to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to the costs.
