O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2023 and subsequently not to survey the petitioner's land an extent of 0.66 cents out of 01.31 cents comprised in Survey No.142/2 and an extent of 0.18 cents comprised in Survey No.142/1 total an extent of 84 cents, Senthamangalam Village, Ulundurpettai Taluk, Kallakuruchi District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondents.

3. Since there is no adverse order passed against the fourth respondent in this petition, notice to the private respondent/fourth respondent is dispensed with.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2023, after issuing notice to all the adjacent land owners namely, all the land owners of the four boundaries of the petitioner' s land, the petitioner, fourth respondent herein and the interested parties/rival claimants, if any as the case may be, and conduct enquiry in the manner known to law and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, if the petitioner's representation is otherwise in order. The abovesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
