ORDER
The Petitioners are A14 and A29 in the case investigating by the respondent police in Crime No.1182 of 2020. In this case, there are totally 29 accused, out of which, some of them are still absconding, final report has been filed. these two petitioners. Alleging that police troubling them frequently in search of their sons, the present petition is filed for not to harass. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, NBW issued against A2 & A10 who are sons of these two petitioners, the police are in pursuit of executing the NBW and they are not harassing the petitioners as alleged.
3. Therefore, this Court finds no reason to entertain this petition, since the police are doing their duty and they want to execute the NBW issued by the Court and to discharge of their duty, they are visiting the house of the absconding accused where the petitioners are residing, this cannot be termed as harassment.
