The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498 A & 506 (ii) IPC, in Crime No.06 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Thus, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail for the petitioner. 3.The petitioner's previous anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.No.22568 of 2023 had been dismissed on 04.10.2023. At that time also, considering the nature and gravity of the offences committed by the petitioner, this Court had not granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Now there is no change of circumstances, but once again the petitioner has filed second anticipatory bail petition on the same grounds. Therefore, anticipatory bail cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
