Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent in proceeding no.6091/m3/2017-2 dated 16.09.2019 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to appoint the petitioner in the place of 3rd respondent based on his qualifications and pass appropriate orders.

Seeking to call for the records of the 1st respondent in proceeding no.6091/m3/2017-2 dated 16.09.2019 and to quash the same and to further, direct the 1st respondent to appoint the petitioner in the place of 3rd respondent based on his qualifications and pass appropriate orders, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and has also submitted a letter dated 25.04.2023 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to that effect.
3. In view of the said submission and the letter given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
