ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking leave to the petitioner to file the instant revision, since, he is a third part to the proceedings.
2. The suit in O.S.No.444 of 2006 has filed by the plaintiff against the legal heirs of one Ethirajulu for enforcing the agreement said to have been executed by Ethirajulu agreeing to sell the property @ Rs.5000/- per cent. The so-called voucher dated 20.09.2004 was treated as an agreement for sale and filed the suit. The suit has been decreed exparte without any reasons. The decree and judgment does not contain any reasons. According to the petitioner, he is the subsequent purchaser of the property and the very agreement itself is disputed. Therefore, sought leave of this Court in filing this revision as against the judgment and decree dated 18.06.2008.
