The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP. No.87 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court at Mettur to the Sub Court at Kangeyam.

2. Heard Ms.Gayathri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gokul, learned counsel for the respondent. 1/3

3. The petitioner has taken me through the affidavit in support of the Transfer Application, setting out the inconvenience that is caused to the petitioner/wife to attend the hearing before the Court at Mettur.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that without admitting to the allegations in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, the respondent has no serious objection for the Transfer of the proceedings being ordered as prayed for.

5. In view of the above, the Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the HMOP. No.87 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court at Mettur is hereby transferred to file of the Sub Court at Kangeyam.
