PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, Call for the records pertaining to the order of detention passed in S.C.No.32 of 2024 dated on 21.09.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent and set aside the same and directing the respondent to produce the petitioner's brother by name Thimmarayan Son of Lakshmappa, aged about 37 years before this Court now confined in Central Prison, Salem and set him at liberty. Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
