PETITION under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to transfer the investigation of case in Cr.No.142 of 2021 from the third respondent herein to CBCID, Chennai or any other agency to conduct fair investigation in the above crime. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to transfer the investigation pending before the third respondent in Cr.No.142 of 2021 to any other investigating agency.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, it will be more appropriate to direct the third respondent to continue the investigation.

4. Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to continue the investigation, which shall be monitored by the second respondent namely the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Arakkonam. The final report shall be filed by the third respondent before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The above criminal original petition is disposed of in the above terms.
