As the name of the second applicant/second plaintiff has been wrongly typed by learned counsel for applicants/plaintiffs, leave of this Court is sought to amend the name of second applicant/second plaintiff from 'K.A.J.Zamsheth' as 'A.J.Jamsheed'.
