Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 10.01.2017 made in Na.Ka.No.13/17 passed by the 4th respondent, quash the same, consequently direct the respondents

When the matter was taken up today for hearing, Mr.S.Manokaran, learned counsel appearing for petitioner on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. In this regard, on behalf of petitioner, letter was filed seeking withdrawal of the petition. 2.The letter filed by the petitioner is taken on record. Recording said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner, this Court permits the petitioner to with draw this present writ petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However there shall be no order as to costs.
