This petition has been filed to relax the condition "(b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police weekly twice i.e., on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders"

imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18294 of 2023 dated 07.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a further period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
