For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with C.M.P.No.25333 of 2023, the delay of 116 days in preferring the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly C.M.P.No.25333 of 2023 stands allowed and is disposed of.

Consequently, C.M.P.No.28023 of 2023 is closed.
