ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records culminating in Cr.No.433/2024 pending on the file of the first respondent-Police and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3 The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature, whereas, the second respondent lodged a complaint by giving criminal colour to the alleged financial transaction. 2/5

4. On a perusal of the F.I.R, it is seen that the dispute is with regard to borrowal of amount which is the cause of action.

5. Considering the nature of the allegations levelled in the F.I.R, at this premature stage, this Court cannot go into factual aspects and it has to be done only after full investigation by the Police. This Court does not find any merit in this criminal original petition.

6. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12-09-2025 mfa Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes 3/5
