The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records of the 3rd respondent comprised in the impugned reply letter issued by the 3rd respondent dated 31.05.2017 bearing reference number PU/CE/E5/2017-18/174 and quash the same and all proceedings pursuant thereto and in furtherance thereof and consequently direct the 2nd to 4th respondent to permit the petitioner to complete the Course.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 17.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.
