C.M.P.No.22042 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 153 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.10/- in the above Appeal.

2.C.M.P.No.22039 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 176 days in representing the above Appeal.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these Petitions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 153 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.10/- and the delay of 176 days in representing the above Appeal are condoned.

4.C.M.P.Nos.22042 & 22039 of 2022 are ordered, accordingly.
