By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to issue Birth Certificate to the petitioner's son D.Yuvaraj by correcting the name of the mother in the Birth Certificate as D.Vasanthi instead of Rubini by considering her representation dated 03.09.2024.

3. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel who is taking notice for the respondents produced the copy of the order passed by the 1st respondent rejecting the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking correction of the Birth Certificate.

4. In view of the same, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition and it is for the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the 1st respondent in the manner known to law.

5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents also 2/4

submitted that the rejection order was sent to the petitioner by Registered Post and the same was returned unclaimed. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to approach the 1st respondent and get the original order of rejection.
