By an order dated 24.10.2024 passed in CRP(PD).No.4247 of 2024, I permitted the petitioner to cross examine the plaintiff/respondent on payment of costs of Rs.68,000/-.

2. Mr.A.Ilangovan states that pursuant to the said order, the defendant has also made the payment and cross examined the plaintiff and the matter is listed on 13.11.2024 of arguments in the suit.

3. Since the defendant has already cross examined the plaintiff, the question of passing separate order to re-call does not arise. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
