2.Pursuant to earlier proceedings, notice has been served on proposed third respondent and Affidavit of Service vide Diary No.9786 dated 28.07.2020 has been filed, but it may not be necessary to go into these details as Ms.Hema Srinivasan, learned counsel who is before me in this web-hearing on a video-conferencing platform submits that she has instructions to enter appearance on behalf of third respondent. Learned counsel also submits that the third respondent, who has been appointed qua first respondent company vide order dated 26.07.2019 made by 'National Company Law Tribunal' ('NCLT'), Hyderabad, has since taken over and therefore the third respondent would hold the fort for the first respondent company in main OP. In the light of this submission, it follows as a sequitur that the prayer in instant application http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2

A.No.8668 of 2019 in O.P.No.746 of 2009 has to be acceded to.
