This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in C.M.P.No.2271 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri, by its order dated 25.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested and later, granted bail by this Court in C.M.P.No.2271 of 2022 on 25.11.2022 with a condition the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one must be her blood relative and produce copy of her permanent residence proof. He would submit that the father of the petitioner is no more and mother of the petitioner is infirm and thereby, the petitioner was unable to furnish the sureties before this Court. Despite the order being granted on 25.11.2022, the petitioner is unable to come out on bail and thereby, he seeks for modification of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) on instructions would submit that the father of the petitioner is no more and mother of the petitioner is infirm.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by the 2/4

learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri in C.M.P.No.2271 of 2022 dated 25.11.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum.
