It is seen that the notice taken to the respondents 2 and 3 twice, was returned ''unserved''. The petitioner has therefore filed the aforesaid petition to take substituted service to the respondents 2 and 3. 2.Being satisfied with the reasons and considering that the earlier notices sent to the respondents 2 and 3, are returned ''unserved'', the petitioner is permitted to take substituted service to the respondents 2 and 3 in Tamil Daily, ''Makkal Kural'' having wide circulation in the locality of the respondents 2 and 3, mentioning the date of hearing as 15.6.2026. 3.The petition is ordered accordingly.
