This Company Application has been filed for condoning the delay of 1150 days in filing the Claim Affidavit in Form No.66 before the respondent Official Liquidator in the matter of M/s.Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Limited (in liquidation), pending on the file of this Court.

2. Having been satisfied with the sufficient reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, delay is condoned and this Company Application is allowed. The learned Official Liquidator is directed to take Form-66 in Comp.A.No.4 of 2023 and adjudicate the same and upon adjudication, if any amount is available, disburse the amount.
