This petition has been filed to to amend the satisfaction Court as the learned District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate Court at Gummidipoondi instead of learned Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai in Crl.OP.No.19567 of 2025 in Cr.No.68 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police dated 08.08.2025.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the present miscellaneous petition, the amendment sought for by the petitioner stands allowed.

3. Time for surrender and furnishing surety in pursuant to the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19567 of 2025 dated 08.08.2025 is extended till 19.09.2025.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order dated 08.08.2025 in Crl.OP.No.19567 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy.
