The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.10.2023 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 307 & 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 120B of IPC in Crime No.633 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant had an enmity with A1 and had shifted his house to the house of his motherin-law. On the faithful day, he had come over to see his sister, when A1 had called him over for a compromise, at that time, the other accused along with A1 are said to have assaulted the defacto complainant. 3.Obviously, the present petitioners who have nothing to do with the dispute, have been engaged on contract basis to commit the offence. 4.Let the investigation be completed.
